Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellation
Your order can only be cancelled if it has not yet been shipped.
To cancel an order, please write to our customer support team at hunzavalleywellness@gmail.com.
In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the refund will be processed within 7 business days after the cancellation request is acknowledged.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
Returns
You may return your product within 10 days of delivery if:

The product is damaged, leaking, tampered with, or broken

The package is compromised

The wrong product was delivered

The product is past its expiration date

The order is incomplete or items are missing
Returns will NOT be accepted if:

The product has been opened, used, or altered

Original packaging (cartons, labels, etc.) is missing

The return or replacement request is raised more than 10 days after delivery

Damaged or missing products are reported after 10 days from delivery

The product is returned for reasons other than a manufacturing defect
Return Process
To initiate a return, please email us at hunzavalleywellness@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the product.
Your email must include the following details:

Order ID
-
Name
-
Items you wish to return

Reason for return

Images as proof (mandatory)
We will review your return request within 24 working hours.
If, after evaluation, the product is found to be unusable or damaged, we may ask you to discard the product. In such cases, a replacement will be provided accordingly.
Once the returned product(s) are received, we will verify them against the claim and initiate a replacement or refund, as applicable.
Refunds Will NOT Be Issued If:

The returned product is noticeably damaged or tampered with

An incorrect shipping address was provided while placing the order

The product has been partially consumed

The return policy stated above has not been followed
Refunds MAY Be Issued Under the Following Circumstances:

The product ordered is out of stock

The shipping address is not serviceable

You comply with the return policy

The returned product is in good condition and untampered

You were charged twice for the same order from the same email address
Return Pick-Up (Available for Most PIN Codes)
Once we receive your return request email, we will initiate a reverse pick-up.
A service representative will visit your location within 1–2 days.
If reverse pick-up is not available in your area, you will need to self-ship the product using a reliable courier service. Courier charges will be reimbursed.
Refund Timeline

For online payments, refunds will be credited to the original payment method (credit/debit card, bank, wallet, etc.) within 7 working days of receiving the refund request.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be transferred to your bank account within 14 working days of receiving the refund request.
